Kathy is the lead agent for The Renaud Team and is the Listing Specialist.
Kathy has been a full-time Realtor licensed since 1997, is a certified RRES (Residential Real Estate Specialist), and is sincerely interested in serving your housing needs. She’s had the opportunity of serving over 2,200 satisfied clients and has received the very prestigious honor of being named a 5-Star Realtor in Customer Service by St. Louis Homes Magazine since 2006. The multi-tasking and organizational abilities that are natural for Kathy were greatly honed during her 16 years as a stay-at-home mom of six very active home schooled children.
Helping a family find the perfect housing choice for their needs is a very strong motivator for our Team. Or, assisting a family in selling their home with as smooth a transition as possible continues to inspire her. She believes there is no greater professional reward than a satisfied client who is grateful for the service they have received and she appreciates having the honor of working side-by-side with her own family.
Don was a Corporate Tax Accountant for over 28 years and has a B. S. in Accounting. He worked for almost 20 years at Emerson Electric and was most recently a Senior Tax Manager for KPMG Public Accounting Firm. The detail and statistical nature of this field was an excellent background for the contractual side of real estate. He has been a full-time licensed Realtor since 2003 and is a certified RRES (Residential Real Estate Specialist). Along with Kathy, Don has been honored by St. Louis Homes Magazine as a 5-Star Realtor in Customer Service since 2006.
Don's favorite part of being a Realtor is working with people. After so many years behind the books, he’s enjoying developing relationships with those he serves. With a sense of humor and just a little tongue in check, Don “wants to learn how to weave more golf outings into his business plan.
Joan has been a full time Realtor for nearly 25 years, obtaining her Broker's License in 1992. She is a Certified e-pro for electronic marketing through the National Association of Realtors and is certified as a First Time Buyer Coach for both new home owners and those who have not been through the home purchasing process in many years. Joan has been honored by St Louis Magazine as a 5 Star Realtor in customer service and has been a recipient of Coldwell Banker Gundaker's Presidents Award in customer service.
Joan was born and raised in the St Louis area and received her Bachelor’s degree from Webster University. She has been married to Jeff Miller for 22 years. Joan is very family oriented and loves assisting other families in finding that special place to call home. Her goal is to provide full service and make the experience less stressful and more fun and rewarding!
As an agent who's an expert in this local area, Sue brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. She began her career in 1998 as a closing and marketing coordinator for multi-family specialists prior to obtaining her real estate license in 2001. She began her licensed career in real estate with Coldwell Banker Gundaker, and over the years has acted as both a buyer and seller representative, has reviewed property values for banks, and has been on staff as the Corporate Centre Sales office Agent Development Specialist. Sue is very happy to be a part of The Renaud Team, and shares the team values of honesty, integrity and service. During her career she has always worked to provide the kind of service and guidance every client deserves and will always continue to work by those same principles.
As a second generation Realtor®, service has been part of Scott's life blood. Although he didn’t start off working in Real Estate, his entire life has been about providing service with integrity and dedication. As a U. S. Marine Corps veteran and former Peace Officer for the County of St. Charles, his life’s mission has been all about providing service, physical protection and peace of mind for his fellow citizens and to help protect their quality of life. That mission continues as a Realtor®. As a Realtor®, it is his duty to provide those he serves with the highest standards possible. Your real estate goals are his mission and his responsibilities are performed with the highest integrity, dedication, attention to detail and perseverance.
Being married with four grown kids, he completely understands the demands of family life and he knows how difficult it is to balance work, kids, home upkeep and a little play time. He will do everything possible to help you accomplish your goal while still, hopefully, allowing some balance for the most important things in your life.
Diane Baker has been licensed since 2002, when she joined Coldwell Banker Gundaker. Her clients have chosen to work with her for her partnership with a full-service Broker, strong ethics, long-time experience and broad local expertise. Her main focus is on her clients and she strives to reduce the pressure they may be feeling throughout the transaction process. Diane grew up in St. Louis and has lived in several of the surrounding areas, including North, South and West Counties, St. Louis City and St. Charles County. She is an active volunteer with the Ronald McDonald House and enjoys spending time with her daughter, son-in-law and new grandson Jack. Her hobbies include knitting and embroidery. Diane is a welcome addition to the Renaud Team, serving buyers, sellers and assisting the Team administratively. Her commitment to our Team values is always clearly apparent.
Margaret is the Renaud Team’s full-time Office Administrator. In addition to being Kathy and Don’s Sister-in-Law, she is a caring and detailed professional who loves others and takes extreme pride in her duties.
She has raised three Daughters in St. Louis and is blessed with six wonderful grandchildren. Born in Quincy, IL, she met her husband, John Renaud, at Quincy University where she earned an Associate Degree in Business Management. Unfortunately, John passed of ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease)… a cause near and dear to her family’s heart.
